Business analysts and eCommerce consultants mapped Haldiram’s goals, analyzed competitor benchmarks, and defined the scope of features needed, both for internal operations and the customer-facing platform. 

Phase 2: Design  

The team designed a UI/UX tailored to Haldiram’s brand identity, focusing on intuitive navigation, optimal typography, color language, and visual hierarchy to ensure a seamless experience across devices. 

Phase 3: Development 

Following Agile methodology, developers built the web and mobile applications to handle large-scale inventory, order, and sales data. Secure payment processing was embedded from the ground up, not added as an afterthought, to protect customer data and ensure compliance.
