A growing B2B services company struggled when their deals kept slipping through the cracks. Something wasn’t adding up. Their data lived in many different places, follow-ups were unpredictable, and spreadsheets were slowing down the entire pipeline. That’s when they approached us. A medium-sized logistics and distribution organization was dealing with the chaos of arranging data. Each of the departments—operations, finance, warehousing, and customer service—had its spreadsheets. The reporting cycle took days; the decisions of leaders were slow, and they did not have a single source of truth to get performance insights.

For this engagement, we agreed to sponsor and support a non-profit organization as they continued to update their donor management system. By integrating feature enhancements, consistent security updates, and an effectively executed recovery plan for data, the donors’ data was protected and kept safe, the satisfaction of donors was guaranteed to lead to better fundraising results. 

We were hired to enhance a hotel chain’s online reservation service. With regular refining through integration of bug corrections and users’ satisfaction improving changes, we made the system more stable and customer-friendly, which positively impacted its users’ satisfaction and conversion levels. 

The project was to collaborate with a logistics firm to improve their transportations management system. Thanks to our software consulting team, we were able to provide the necessary consulting, along with essential improvements of business processes, decrease the delivery time, and increase the level of customer satisfaction.

One case was that we offered a manufacturing company a new software solution that improved the supply chain. We demonstrate that, integrating with the client’s current inventory system and providing real-time operational exposure, the client decided on increased efficacy and profitability.

We had a contract with a university to maintain and further develop a web platform that they use to communicate with their students. Through launching timely updates, inversive user-oriented innovations, as well as providing effective security assurances, we contributed to the overall improvement of student satisfaction and the universities’ reputation.

Among these projects, we engaged a leading chain retail store to upgrade the quality of POS software which they used in their stores. We teamed up with a financial services company to improve the internal software systems for managing an investment portfolio. In more detail, through software consulting and proper implementation, we currently provide improved investment management.

Collectively with a major hospital chain, we implemented a web-based application that transformed patient care and business processes. This way, eliminating several painful steps of patient intake and integrating with the EMR, this solution lowered the patient wait time and increased the staff productivity.

We were approached by one of the most popular clothing brands to redesign its online portfolio. The intended outcomes were therefore to address operational issues and improve revenues. Here, we helped the brand to continue its growth on the international level while making the latter’s functioning more efficient.
